All On 4 Dental Implants
All-on-Four Implants offer an alternative to traditional dentures. These dental restorations are anchored to the jaw bone using implant posts. Partial or full replacement can be done with a system that holds the replacement teeth securely in place. Additionally, All-on-Four Implants are more cost-effective compared to individual implants for every missing tooth.
The benefits of implant-supported dental prosthetics are in the restoration of both the appearance and function of the teeth. The implants eliminate the problems of dentures that slip out of place. These restorations are designed with a natural appearance, including shaping and sizing to match your facial features.
Braces
Straighten your smile to improve your confidence! Crooked, misaligned teeth have an impact on your overall appearance. Additionally, tooth misalignment has an impact on jaw function. Teeth braces are a common way to improve the aesthetics of the smile, while also optimizing the position of the jaw.
Braces use brackets and wires to gently move the teeth into the desired locations. This treatment helps with a variety of alignment irregularities, such as crowded teeth, gaps, crooked teeth, and more. Treatment time varies depending on the unique goals of each patient. We offer custom treatments, including clear braces, to help you achieve a straight, beautiful smile.
Dental Bridges
If multiple tooth restorations are needed, then dental bridges are a great option to consider. This dental prosthetic is designed with one or more false teeth, helping to improve the smile and restore function for talking and eating. Bridges are also important to minimize the shifting and movement of teeth within the mouth when one or more teeth are missing.
A tooth bridge can be secured to neighboring teeth, and then a crown will support the bridge. Or, if the neighboring teeth aren’t strong enough to provide the foundation, then dental implants can be used for the placement of the bridge.
CBCT 3D Scanner
At Caro Dental Associates, we are proud to offer the latest technological advancements in our modern office. 3D scanning is an important tool that enables us to see a clear picture of your full dental anatomy. This high-quality dental imagery not only shows details about your teeth, but we also can see what is happening underneath the gum line, including the nerves, jawbone, tissues, and more.
These panoramic images are saved to the computer as digital files. We use these images to optimize diagnostics and dial in the perfect treatment plan for your individual needs.
Teeth Cleaning & Dental Exams
Regular dental exams are the foundation for maintaining a healthy smile. It is recommended that every patient should maintain teeth cleanings and check-ups at least twice a year. Not only will your teeth be cleaned and polished, but we can identify potential dental issues in the early stages.
Our goal with dental exams is to help you with preventive services and minimally-invasive treatments that reduce the amount of dental work needed in the future. We take a proactive approach in partnering with our patients to optimize dental health by protecting both the teeth and gums.
Dental Crowns
If a tooth has been severely damaged, then a basic filling isn’t enough to restore the structure of the tooth. Instead, dental crowns can be placed over the remaining portion of the tooth. This treatment not only restores the appearance of your smile, but a crown helps to improve the function and strength of the tooth.
Dental crowns are recommended when a dental cavity is too large to be treated with a filling or after a root canal. Crowns can also be beneficial if a tooth is weakened or cracked. Each tooth crown is made of porcelain and designed to match the surrounding teeth with a similar shape and identical color.
Dentures
When you have lost many or all of your teeth, dentures can be used to restore the function of your smile. These removable dental appliances are designed to fit the size and shape of your mouth, creating a natural appearance. Not only are the teeth replaced, but the structure of the dentures is important to minimize the issue of sagging facial muscles, which can happen when extra space is in the mouth after dental extraction.
Additionally, dentures help by restoring your ability to speak and eat. Traditional dentures can be held in the mouth using adhesive products. Or, you can choose implant-supported dentures that hold the prosthetics in place using dental posts implanted in the jawbone.
Dental Implants
Dental implants offer the most effective treatment for long-term dental restoration. A good quality implant can last a lifetime. If one or more teeth need to be extracted, then implants can be used as the foundation for the replacement of those teeth. The post is anchored into the jawbone; then, a crown is secured on top as the restoration.
Not only are teeth implants beneficial for improving the appearance and function of your smile, but these implants are also important for protecting the structure of your jaw bone. Many people experience bone loss after tooth extraction, especially without a tooth replacement. This problem can be avoided by placing a tooth implant in the jaw to maintain bone density.
Digital X Rays
Imaging is an important part of the diagnostic process, but there is no reason to be exposed to the high levels of x-ray radiation used in the past. Digital x-rays are used in our office to capture the images that are needed, while minimizing radiation exposure at the same time. It has been found that digital x-rays reduce radiation by as much as 90%.
These digital x-rays provide our team with high-quality images that can be used for diagnostics and treatment planning. The digital images can be enlarged and magnified to see details about your tooth structure, both below and above the gumline. As a result, we have better insights into your dental health.

Dental Fillings
Dental fillings are commonly used when teeth have been damaged due to tooth decay, cracks, chips, or any other problem that affects the shape and structure of the tooth. When a tooth filling is needed, the tooth is prepared with a drill or laser. Then, composite materials are placed in the missing area to protect and strengthen the overall structure of the tooth.
We offer tooth-colored cavity fillings that maintain a natural appearance for your smile. The final restoration is matched to the unique shade of your natural teeth, with shaping and polishing to fit your bite.
Invisalign
Do you want a straighter smile without the discomfort of wearing wire braces? Invisalign is a treatment that can be done to shift your teeth into proper alignment, using clear aligners that are custom-designed based on the placement of your teeth. 3D scans are taken of your teeth, then a series of aligners are created for you to wear. Each set of invisible aligners is worn for approximately two weeks before it is time to move onto the next set of trays.
Invisalign offers multiple benefits over traditional clear braces. You can enjoy a natural smile without worrying about the appearance of brackets and wires on your teeth. Additionally, the aligners can be removed as needed, allowing you to enjoy your favorite foods. Try out these invisible braces today!
Root Canals
When an infection moves into the root of the tooth, it can cause severe pain and lead to dental complications. A root canal can be done to remove the infected inner portion of the tooth, helping to minimize the risk of the infection moving into the gums and surrounding tissue.
During a root canal, the dentist drills into the tooth to remove the pulp tissue located in the center of the root. Then, the root is filled in with composite material for strength, and the tooth is often protected with a crown. Modern technology makes it possible for root canals to be as simple and comfortable as a basic filling.
Teeth Whitening
Create a beautiful, white smile with professional tooth whitening services. Teeth can become yellow and discolored over time, due to age, food, drink, medications, and other lifestyle factors. While many over-the-counter dental whitening products can be purchased at a local drug store, these products aren’t as safe or effective as professional dental whitening.
We always customize the treatment to match your desired shade and color. Our tooth whitening treatments give you instant results and a smile that shines.
Tooth Extractions
At Caro Dental Associates, our goal is to help you maintain the overall structure of your natural teeth whenever possible. Permanent teeth should last a lifetime. But there are times when tooth extractions are needed, either because of severe damage to the tooth or because of overcrowding and orthodontic work that needs to be completed.
When a tooth is decayed or damaged beyond repair, then tooth removal might be recommended. A local anesthetic is used to numb that area of your mouth. Then, the tooth is gently removed by loosening it from the jaw and ligaments. Our team is always here to discuss dental restoration treatments that can be used to fill in the gap after the tooth has been extracted.
Veneers
If you are looking for a fast, minimally-invasive treatment to improve your smile, then dental veneers might be the right treatment for your needs. Veneers are designed as thin shells that cover the surface of your teeth. They are bonded to the front of your teeth to cover up common aesthetic problems.
Teeth veneers can be an effective option if you are looking for a way to improve the shape, size, color, and length of the teeth. It is a cosmetic dental treatment that can be used for teeth that are irregularly shaped, discolored, worn down, misaligned, broken, or have gaps that should be closed.
